Tapioca
Tapioca

Tapioca is a starch extract used in desserts such as puddings as to sweeten the flavour of baked goods.

Tea

Tea is the World’s most popular drink after water. There are 1000’s of different teas produced in China, India, Kenya, South Africa, Argentina, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Georgia, Taiwan, Australia and elsewhere including the United States. Most teas are produced using leaves from tea bushes, but also many herbs are used too, including some of those listed here. Each tea has a unique flavour and aroma, and it is worth trying different teas for their many and varied health and healing properties.

  • Lemon Balm – A mild sedative, helps promote sleep and reduce stress.
  • Nettle – Cleanse the system, diuretic, colds and flu.
  • Peppermint – Helps ease nausea, improves digestion, fights bad breath.
  • Red Clover – Aids menopausal systems, hot flashes, night sweats.
  • Raspberry – Benefits cold sores, gingivitis, leg cramps.
  • Senna – Relief of constipation, laxative.

A good source of potassium, iron and magnesium. Antioxidant rich. Made from grinding turmeric rhizomes, turmeric contains an active component call curcumin which has therapeutic value, may boost immunity and have anti inflammatory properties.
