  1. Hi. Here’s a few ideas for you followed by a pancake recipe. Add whey powder to your morning oatmeal/porridge (around 1 tbsp.), add to scrambled eggs (add to the egg mix – approx. 2 tsp per 3 eggs) & scramble as normal, add into mashed potatoes (say 2 tsp), add into yoghurt (1 tsp) or add into your burger meat mix! Few ideas for you. Whey powder can also be added to shakes/smoothies. Pancake recipe:
    1 x fresh banana
    2 tbsp milk
2 x egg whites (large eggs)
    40g (approx 2/ ½ tablespoons)whey powder
    ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
    ½ teaspoon vanilla essence

Mash banana, add milk and mix well. Add in whey powder and blend. Once completely blended, then add in egg whites, cinnamon and vanilla essence.

Heat non stick frying pan with & spray with cooking oil.
Pour mix into a prepared frying pan – either ½ or whole mix depending on pan size

Makes 2 small or 1 large pancake

Thanks for your enquiry! Hope this helps. Regards SF Health Foods
